I am a dedicated reading specialist with a passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning. With over 18 years of experience as a classroom teacher, I have had the privilege of teaching first, second, and third grades. My journey in education has also included four rewarding years in special education, where I focused on creating inclusive learning environments for all students. Additionally, I served as a reading interventionist for one year, working closely with students to improve their literacy skills and build their confidence in reading. Beyond the classroom, I am deeply passionate about travel and cherish spending time with friends and family. Exploring new cultures and experiences not only rejuvenates me but also enriches my teaching perspective. Looking toward the future, my dream is to retire in a peaceful beach house, where I can continue to enjoy the simple joys of life—reading, traveling, and spending quality time with loved ones.
